2. Coaching Services Disclaimer

Our coaching services support personal growth and business development through mindset work, business strategy, and holistic practices. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, psychological, or financial matters.

All coaching programs, digital products, and services must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered and agreed upon.

Payment Plans:

  • Payment installments are automatically charged on the agreed schedule.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access to programs or coaching.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment methods.

Late fees or collection efforts may be initiated after repeated failed payments.

6. Refund Policy

All digital products, downloads, and coaching programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of digital services and coaching outcomes being based on implementation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

7. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 coaching calls or group sessions:

  • Sessions must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded.

  • Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Monica Fuentes Coaching for extenuating circumstances.

8. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs, groups, or sessions without refund if they display:

  • Disrespectful, harassing, or disruptive behavior

  • Violation of confidentiality agreements

  • Inappropriate or unethical conduct within coaching containers

Clients are expected to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all.

9. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our Facebook or Telegram communities, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared by others

  • Engage respectfully and constructively

  • Refrain from unsolicited promotions, spam, or sales pitches

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without notice or refund.
