Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
A $500 USD trip retainer is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

Cancellations made on or before July 27, 2025 (90 days before departure):
The trip is 50% refundable, less the $500 deposit.

Cancellations made after July 27, 2025, but on or before August 25, 2025 (between 90 and 60 days before departure):
The trip is 50% refundable, less the $500 deposit.

Cancellations made after August 25, 2025 (less than 60 days before departure):
The trip is 100% non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met. If this happens, all amounts paid, including the $500 deposit, will be refunded in full.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended whenever making travel plans. You may use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Currency Fluctuation:
- Should the exchange rate vary by more than 5%, the trip price is subject to change.
Right to Decline Participants:
- We reserve the right to determine if a participant is not a suitable fit for this retreat. If this decision is made, your deposit and any funds paid will be refunded in full.
