• Full payment is required by March 31st.
  Cancellation & Refund Policy
  

  Deposit:

  • A $500 USD deposit is required at the time of registration.
  • This deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by the organizer, in which case it will be refunded in full.

  Cancellation Deadlines:

  • On or before September 12, 2025:
    If you cancel, you forfeit the $500 USD deposit. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
  • Between September 13 and October 11, 2025:
    If you cancel, 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable. You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Between October 12 and October 30, 2025:
    If you cancel during this period (including the retreat dates), all funds paid are non-refundable.

  Organizer’s Right to Cancel:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, your deposit and any other funds paid will be refunded in full.

  Trip Cancellation Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Consider reviewing options through Travel Guard or a similar provider.

  Currency Fluctuation:

  • Should the exchange rate vary by more than 5%, the trip price is subject to change.

  Right to Decline Participants:

  • We reserve the right to determine if a participant is not a suitable fit for this retreat. If this decision is made, your deposit and any funds paid will be refunded in full.
