Cancellation Policy:
A $500 USD deposit is required at time of registration.  This deposit is non refundable.

For the remaining balance of the retreat ($3900 USD for early birds). Any cancellation made between August 11th 2024 and October 11 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made between November 11th 2024 and December 11th 2024 will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit and retreat remaining balance is refunded in full).

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
